At The Royal Pet Company, we want every purchase to be perfect for you and your pet. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
